Ladies, Valued Guests, Partners, Full-Throttlers? (We’ll agree on a name tonight),
It is truly my joy to welcome you to Miami in such spectacular fashion. Without spoiling my own remarks, I’d like to say thank you. The amount of enthusiasm, encouragement and excitement around this event is humbling for a new founder.
What was born from a fanatic desire to share my beloved sport with a community of women I love and respect dearly has now become a moment bigger than my wildest dreams. But, when the universe calls, we answer!
You all are making a dream come true and we haven’t set foot in the room yet. You could be anywhere in the world, but you chose to be with me and my family on this night. Even those who couldn’t make it are with us in spirit. That’s how powerful this group is. You transcend space and time.
An Open Letter From Our Founder
Formula One is more than a sport. It is history. It is legacy. It is luxury. It is so many things, but in full transparency, it has not always been inclusive and accessible to many.
Enter Full Throttle. Enter all of you and the women you represent. This world is for all of us, whether you are a voracious watcher like myself or a novice, there is space for you. Because I say so. Because we say so.
The tides are changing in the direction of women and where we choose to spend our time and dollar. It’s whispering in the markets if you listen close enough (as I know you all are). So let’s link arms on Thursday and every night after to kick in paddock doors and drivers seats that were previously off limits to us before.
