Abena Boamah-Acheampong, Hanahana Beauty founder, is an educator-turned-entrepreneur at the intersection of beauty, impact, and intentional business. Known for her bold, values-driven leadership, Abena brings a deep commitment to ethical innovation and cultural integrity to all that she builds.

She is also the creator of FNDR FWRD Lab, a community-powered initiative that equips emerging founders with the tools to grow sustainable, purpose-led brands. Abena’s work is shifting narratives in both the beauty and business worlds—centering care, community, and consciousness at every level.

Their award-winning Cake Batter lipstick collection broke new ground with a first-of-its-kind approach to shade formulation, tailored to complement the unique lip tones of people often excluded from mainstream beauty. Camille Bell is the co-founder and CEO of Pound Cake, where she’s redefining beauty standards through radical inclusivity and intentional design.
